I created the Local Party Operations Manual for local party organizations that care deeply but are tired of starting over every cycle or feel like they’re spinning their wheels.
This manual isn’t a collection of new theories or clever tactics. It brings together proven organizing frameworks, lessons from experienced practitioners, and my own background in marketing and messaging to offer something more useful: a way to think operationally about building power. The focus is on systems—how relationships, leadership, communications, and fundraising reinforce one another over time.
Rather than chasing short-term wins, the manual centers on building sustainable majorities and lasting local power. It’s designed to help parties make disciplined decisions, use limited capacity well, and grow without burning people out.
If this resonates, I invite you to download the PDF or ePub from Barnes & Noble, share it with your local party, and use it as a working document. The goal isn’t to read it once—it’s to apply it, adapt it, and build something that lasts.
